Welcome to MinuteBI cloud service, a free cloud-based service for business intelligence by Archmob Pte. Ltd. By using MinuteBI ("we", "us", or "our") you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Services

MinuteBI offers a cloud-based business intelligence service with a free plan.

1.1. Data Deletion

You may choose to delete your account. If you choose to delete your account:

• Your uploaded files, charts, dashboards, and queries will be permanently deleted.

To initiate the deletion of your account, send an email to [email protected].

2. Service Termination

Archmob reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time and without prior notice or liability to you. You acknowledge and agree that the Service is provided free of charge, and the Operator makes no guarantees regarding the availability, continuity, or lifespan of the Service.

2.1. Effects of Termination

Upon termination of the Service:

1. Your access to the Service will cease immediately;
2. Any data you have stored on the Service may become inaccessible and may be deleted; and
3. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination shall remain in full force and effect.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload to the MinuteBI cloud service any data to which you do not have a copyright or other license to use. Additionally, the following types of data are prohibited:

• Personal Identifiable Information
• Protected Health Information
• Financial/Payment Data
• Authentication Data
• Sensitive Business Information
• High-Risk Personal Data

If you wish to use MinuteBI for this type of data, please contact Archmob for a customized and secure deployment plan.

4. Fair Use Policy

MinuteBI is committed to ensuring fair use of its services. We reserve the right to monitor and limit excessive or abusive use at our sole discretion. If we determine taht your use of MinuteBI is disproportionately affecting the performance or security of our service or other users, we may:

• Impose usage limits
• Suspend or terminate your account

In the event of account suspension or termination due to abuse, a prorated refund will be issued based on the remaining subscription period.

5. Termination and Account Suspension

MinuteBI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms of Service, including:

• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Failure to pay for services
• Abusive or unfair usage of resources

6. Modifications to the Service

Archmob reserves the right to modify or discontinue the MinuteBI cloud service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any significant changes, including changes in pricing or service features. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

MinuteBI is provided 'AS IS', 'AS AVAILABLE', and 'WITH ALL FAULTS'. Archmob expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of 'MERCHANTABILITY', 'FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE', and 'NON-INFRINGEMENT'.

MinuteBI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
